Phase 1 (current release) covers:

  • Facebook Messenger — inbound DMs from page visitors
  • LinkedIn — inbound connection messages and InMail replies

Instagram Direct, Twitter/X DMs, and WhatsApp Business are on the roadmap for Phase 2.
